Ziegler CAT has an opening for a temporary, part time, administrative position to assist with general administrative duties, events and various projects in our Power Systems Rental department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Fleet Specialist with fleet connectivity and maintenance projects
- Provide sales support to outside rental reps to enable sales and maximize uptime for our customers
- Perform inside sales duties, such as screening customer inquiries and quoting
- Manage and participate in various sales campaigns
- Sorting, filing, scanning and organizing documents
- Data entry and analysis
- Respond to email and phone inquiries for the department
- Document processing
- Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Some college in a related field or applicable experience desired
- Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Personal Attributes: excellent communication skills, dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail
- Work onsite
- May require attending some local events
- Able to work up to 28 hours per week
