Supply Sales Representative - Texas First Rentals

Essential Functions
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Provides Legendary Customer Service to our assigned customers and larger potential customer base
- Collaborates with leadership to identify Enterprise opportunities for revenue gain within customer base and prospects and executes said targets
- Efficiently and consistently meets/exceeds Targeted Annual Growth and Portfolio Health Target Goals for assigned customer accounts
- Serves as the company “expert” on each assigned account and serves as a liaison to facilitate all effort to provide a positive customer experience
- Obtains information/data from the customer to support the growth of sales potential
- Performs monthly health checks with customers in effort to maintain a robust partnership
- Collaborates with leadership/supervisor to perform a quarterly business review of portfolio with the customer
- Creates value with safety initiatives in alignment with customers and Texas First Rental
- Develops and executes business plans using the SMART Goal with each assigned target
- Responsible for the overall management of each assigned account to include, but not limited to, information and input to: price structure accounting lifecycle in collaboration with the Finance Dept. continued communication of supply needs internally to facilitate legendary customer service for assigned accounts
- Meets with the customer to review relationship, growth, and commitment
- Prospects and identifies new business on a continual basis
- Prepares sales plans, expense, daily call, and sales reports
- Maintains records of sales or other business transactions
- Prepares sales quotes as needed
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expert knowledge of construction supply industry and market
- Expert knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales)
- Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills with ability to build long term business relationships
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Driven and results oriented; business development, KPIs, and market expansion to meet corporate targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization

- Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization and customer operations

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Minimum of four years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required; Three to five years of experience preferred

- Extensive driving required; overnight travel possible
- Valid driver’s license required
- This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
- This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
- Occasionally moves or transports items weighing up to 10lbs.
- This job is generally performed in various environments such as job trailers/sites, plants, warehouses, and offices
- Occasionally works outdoors and may be exposed to extreme weather conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity
- Exposure to computer screens
