Warehouse Swing

2nd Shift Opportunity! 

Objective:

The position objective of a Warehouse Swing is to be the face of MacAllister Machinery to those customers needing parts for their equipment. The successful candidate would process parts orders in a timely manner to provide quality and speedy service.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders
• Manage stocks/inventory
• Receive and inspect remanufactured parts
• Accept and process any parts returns
• Managing the shipping and receiving, including the planning of routes of shipment
• Advise customers on products, any updates and any policies, procedures and programs as necessary - Operate warehouse equipment (hose machine, forklifts)
• Maintain a clean working area per policy
• Enter customer and shop orders during peak periods

Qualifications:

• Minimum completion of High School Diploma
• Previous experience of 2-3 years working in a parts/stocks department within a retail organization
• Strong customer support and communication skills to work face to face with customers and internal staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to navigate stock management software

Nice to have:

• Formal training/certification in operation of forklift
