What You’ll Do
Lead and support service technicians
Schedule and oversee daily service operations
Partner with Service Coordinators, Service Manager, and HR
Ensure accurate estimates, work orders, and customer communication
Promote safety, quality, and professionalism
Act as interim Service Manager as needed
Associate’s degree in Business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
3–4 years of related experience, including supervisory experience
Strong computer and communication skills
Mechanical service knowledge and leadership ability
