Rental Product Coordinator

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Rental Fleet Coordinator.

Job Summary:

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company is seeking a Rental Fleet Coordinator. This role reports to the Construction Equipment (CE) Inventory Manager and works in conjunction with the CE Rental and Sales Teams to coordinate fleet loading and disposal of Rental Fleet Assets. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detailed-orientated, proficient with data analytics and possess a passion for efficiency and customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fleet Size Monitoring Tracks and maintains optimal target fleet size for CE machines and attachments, ensuring availability aligns with demand and operational goals.
• Primary Contact for Fleet Loading Serves as the main point of contact for CE rental fleet loading activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate fleet onboarding.
• Equipment Write‑Off Administration Manages the administrative process for equipment write‑offs, including documentation, justification, and approval workflows
• Inventory Support & Reconciliation Assists with physical inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation efforts to maintain accurate equipment records and compliance.
• Rental Fleet Sale Pricing Management Maintains and updates CE rental fleet sale pricing, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company financial targets.
• Rental Fleet Sales & RPO Coordination Oversees and facilitates rental fleet sales processes and Rental Purchase Option (RPO) conversions, ensuring smooth transitions from rental to sale.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or five years of industry related experience.
• Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Superior data management and data analysis skills.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work prolonged periods if front of a computer.
• Ability to work remotely if required.
• Ability to work afterhours as required.
• Ability to assist in Physical Inventory counts.
