JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and oversee all Branch Service Operations (Machinery, Power Systems, Rents, and Parts) to meet revenue, profitability, and performance goals.
- Plan, monitor, and manage service activities, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze monthly financial statements and drive continuous improvement in operational and financial performance.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate service team members to ensure strong talent, engagement, and succession planning.
- Enforce service policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain consistency and a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with company values.
- Support labor relations, including administration of union matters and other workforce considerations.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Strong understanding of business operations, industry practices, and financial management, including interpreting P&L statements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
