As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will perform inspections on customer owned equipment and make service and repair recommendations to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang's unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish new customer accounts
- Service and maintain existing customer accounts
- Meet and exceed strategic sales goals
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers
- Develop equipment quotes, financing quotes, and other sales proposals as needed
- Meet set requirements for continued professional development
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Previous experience in heavy machinery parts and service, and outside sales functions
- Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Negotiation experience
- Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
- Strong desire to win
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of CAT equipment
