This program will catalyze upward mobility through an immersive experience that provides an operational understanding of Mustang’s business, product offerings, and customers through rotational assignments across the organization. Positions in various departments include Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales.

What will I do:
- Forge strong working relationships with customers and fellow employees
- Complete daily responsibilities for primary work assignment
- Rotate with other program participants to learn different aspects of the company
- Receive one-on-one training by experienced Mustang Cat managers
- Lunch-and-learn trainings from executive team
- Opportunity to work in a family-oriented, highly productive work environment that promotes leadership and career development
- Complete presentations and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Eager to join a dynamic team and work together to achieve set goals

- Interest in Heavy Equipment and Industrial Power industries
