CRM Coordinator
- Accurately enter and update customer and account information in ERP and CRM systems.
- Validate data integrity and enforce company standards for accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and maintain data quality across platforms.
- Serve as the go-to resource for employees and sales reps on CRM functionality.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Set up new users and assign security levels based on management approvals.
- Manage sales rep assignments to customer accounts, ensuring proper approvals.
- Pull and prepare customer lists for managers, sales reps, and marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate account assignments based on customer strategy guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of the construction or equipment industry and familiarity with sales operations and account management processes.
