Product Support Sales Rep - EPG
- Establish a professional, positive working relationship with customers.
- Maintain open communication and strong working relationships with Sales, Service, and Parts personnel.
- Actively seek new customers and markets for product support opportunities within the applicable market segment(s).
- Inspect and accurately prepare repair quotes and present them to the customer.
- Stay aware of current business status and changes in the assigned territory. Remain current on product knowledge, as well as competitive product lines.
- Manage time effectively and plan customer calls—including objectives, results, and required follow-up.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2–4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Outside Sales experience.
- Strong technical and parts-related knowledge.
- Experience in parts, service or other related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer applications and operational needs in the EPG market.
