Service Coordinator
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused professional to step into the fast-paced role of Service Coordinator – someone ready to play a vital part in the smooth delivery of service operations.
Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and wider service team – juggling bookings, fielding technical queries, coordinating work orders, and ensuring every job runs on time and to the highest standard. A mechanical trade background will be a big advantage, helping you to quickly understand customer needs and support our techs with confidence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What a day typical day will look like:
• Booking and scheduling work in progress
• Providing clear, accurate and timely information for service repairs
• Quotations following inspection work.
• Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
• Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions
ABOUT YOU
You'll bring a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and strong organisational skills to the role. While not essential, a background in the mechanical trade would be a valuable bonus.
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:
• Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry desirable
• A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
