We are hiring a Machinery Inside Sales Representative for the Houston area market to focus on the sale of Mustang Cat's machinery sales offerings to develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang's unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you assist walk-in retail customers looking to purchase equipment, as well as develop and qualify leads for heavy equipment and/or parts and services sales.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
- Represent Mustang as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed strategic sales goals
- Establish new customer accounts
- Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers
- Monitor competitive activity and changes in local market
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet set requirements for continued professional development
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Knowledge of Cat equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
- Strong desire to win
- Negotiation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
