Rental Coordinator

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Rental Coordinator to support the rental activities for construction equipment and coordinate rental details to and through other Ziegler departments and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates rental agreements
  • Coordinates equipment deliveries and returns
  • Assists rental preparations with service
  • Provides accurate and timely customer invoices
  • Develops a knowledge base of rental fleet equipment and rental applications
  • Completes required administrative reporting requirements
  • Updates equipment status, work order status, and yard status
  • Works closely with Rental Sales Team in an effort to deliver excellent customer service and value
  • Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
  • Assists with after-hours, on-call responsibilities
  • Answers incoming calls from Sales Reps, vendors, or customers
  • Follows up with Sales Reps via phone and other interactions
  • Answers calls from Ziegler Rental call center
  • Develops expertise with Ziegler’s rental software tools

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; 2  or 4 year degree preferred
  • Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Efficiency, Planning and Organization
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
