Rental Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Creates rental agreements
- Coordinates equipment deliveries and returns
- Assists rental preparations with service
- Provides accurate and timely customer invoices
- Develops a knowledge base of rental fleet equipment and rental applications
- Completes required administrative reporting requirements
- Updates equipment status, work order status, and yard status
- Works closely with Rental Sales Team in an effort to deliver excellent customer service and value
- Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
- Assists with after-hours, on-call responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls from Sales Reps, vendors, or customers
- Follows up with Sales Reps via phone and other interactions
- Answers calls from Ziegler Rental call center
- Develops expertise with Ziegler’s rental software tools
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; 2 or 4 year degree preferred
- Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Customer Focus, Efficiency, Planning and Organization
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
