ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Repair Options & Quoting Coordinator within the Service Support Team you’ll play a key role in improving both the customer experience and internal efficiency. You’ll ensure service and repair options are quoted accurately, consistently, and within agreed timeframes, utilising approved Standard Jobs, allowing for better decision making for customers and smoother execution for our service teams.
In this role, you could be based in Clayton, Laverton or Burnie.
Your key responsibilities and duties will include:
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of service and repair quotes across the business
• Support timely, accurate quoting that enables customers to make informed repair decisions
• Drive increased use of Standard Jobs and approved quoting tools to improve consistency and efficiency
• Assist with complex and high value repair quoting, including Certified Rebuilds and major repair programs
• Identify Standard Job needs for Service Departments and assist Repair Options Coordinator to build required Standard Jobs
• Provide guidance, training and support on the use of Standard Jobs
• Monitor quoting performance and usage, producing insights and reports that support continuous improvement
ABOUT YOU
You are an excellent communicator with experience in service operations, warranty, repair coordination or technical quoting environments.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
• A mechanical trade qualification or background is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions focused approach
• A customer first mindset, balanced with an understanding of operational and system requirements
• Confidence working with systems, data and reporting to improve outcomes
• The ability to collaborate across teams and influence consistent ways of working
