Step into a hands-on role where precision meets purpose, right in the heart of our high-performing Dandenong workshop. We’re on the lookout for a skilled and driven Hydraulic Cylinder Technician – someone who thrives on detail, takes pride in performance, and is driven to deliver components that meet the highest standards.
As a key member of our component repair crew, you’ll work Monday to Friday, getting stuck into the inspection, repair, and rebuild of hydraulic cylinder components that power the machines driving Australia forward. From strip-down to final test, your craftsmanship will help deliver results our customers rely on – day in, day out.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Daily responsibilities will include the following:
• Attend and contribute to Morning CATS Meeting (pre-start) daily
• Set up and use Cylinder Bench and other tooling to Disassemble, Inspect & re-assemble Hydraulic Cylinders and Suspension Struts
• Report stock levels of consumables to assist in planning for future works
• Maintain machinery and equipment & record within William Adams systems
• Complete all necessary paperwork & reports relating to works completed
• Ensure all tooling (company owned or otherwise) is in good condition and fit to the task being performed
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
• Experience in a workshop environment (Heavy Earthmoving, Engineering or Automotive Industry Preferred)
• Hydraulic Cylinder experience (Preferred not essential)
• Welding capability
• Forklift License (Preferred not essential)
• High attention to detail
