We’re looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Mining Product Support Representative to support our customers across the Gunnedah region. In this role, you’ll work closely with mining clients to identify aftermarket sales opportunities, optimise fleet performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Mining Support Manager, you will:

• Identify and capture aftermarket sales opportunities through fleet performance analysis
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring opportunities are actioned and reported
• Collaborate with technical specialists on equipment performance and improvement initiatives
• Support key customer projects to deliver positive operational outcomes
• Maintain forecasts and sales data to drive aftermarket sales strategies
• Promote continuous improvement and identify internal opportunities to enhance service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Current driver’s licence
• Experience achieving sales targets in a customer‑facing role
• Exposure to heavy mining equipment (highly regarded)
• Strong relationship‑building, customer service and communication skills
• Analytical thinking with sound problem‑solving and negotiation capability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of computer literacy (MS Office)
