Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers across the Southwest region. Based out of our Bunbury branch, this full-time, permanent role is all about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar equipment, and providing high quality warranty support.

Our Bunbury team delivers adaptable Cat solutions from Mandurah to Albany. You’ll work on a variety of machinery, mining, marine, and more all while enjoying the flexibility and freedom of field service life. Every day is different, and every challenge is yours to overcome.

What You’ll Do:

• Attending customer sites and diagnosing equipment faults
• Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing on mining and marine equipment
• Managing work orders and warranty support 
• Driving Product Improvement Plans and Support Programs
• Safety focused while helping our customers meet their reliability targets 

Skills and Experience:

• An Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate
• A valid Australian driver’s license (LR minimum)
• High Risk Work Licenses (LF, DG, WP, WAH)
• Refrigerant Handling License - Desirable
• Diagnostic experience utilising CAT SIS & CAT ET

Roster Options:

• 9 Days On, 5 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30minute unpaid meal break)
• 10 Days On, 4 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30minute unpaid meal break)
