Inside Sales Representative - Machinery Product Support
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generate leads by cold-calling potential customers from lists generated by Sales and Marketing.
- Follow up & qualify leads for walk-in customers, internal/external leads, leads generated from bid reporting systems and marketing campaigns.
- Collect and maintain customer information including addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Outbound calls to drive attendance at company marketing events.
- Act as information contact point for ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Follow up customer service calls after sales to gauge satisfaction with the sales process.
- Piscataway, NJ is home location.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Can be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and CRM systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
