Heavy Equipment Shop Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.
• Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and modifications as needed

Work Environment:

• Shop-based role with occasional outdoor work.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
