Supervisor – Rental Services Service
- Direct and manage day-to-day shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of work orders.
- Uphold high standards of repair quality and customer service, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Assist in evaluating shop service operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
- Lead and mentor shop staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Address service-related complaints promptly and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment, promoting timely repairs and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required to support shop operations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with diesel equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory or leadership role.
- Associate's degree in a related technical field.
- 5 years or more of experience with diesel equipment.
- 3 years or more of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective leadership abilities, including decision-making and goal-setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn internal systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proven conflict resolution skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.
