Based in our Louisville Support Center, the Digital Marketing Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be a part of the Marketing team but will collaborate closely with the Sales and Rental teams. The primary role of the DISR will be to identify equipment to market via digital marketing channels, including Social Media and third-party advertisers, and to create the content, monitor engagement, create leads and activities in CRM and follow-up with customers. This will require gathering the equipment assets, which may necessitate travel to branches. The Digital Marketing ISR should foster a positive customer experience leading to increase in machinery sales revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent industry experience Sales/Marketing preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing and Social Media tools and strategies
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Ability to operate a PC (Windows, Excel, & Word)
  • Maintain a valid motor vehicle operators' license
  • Ability to climb on and inspect equipment
  • Ability to travel with overnight stays
  • Follow all work, safety rules, and procedures

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:      

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation for new and used equipment.
  • Gather asset information, photos, etc. and post and promote externally.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through online channels such as email, chat, social media, and other online platforms to generate leads and build a client base.
  • Manage, nurture and qualify leads through the sales funnel, tracking interactions and progress in a CRM system ensuring data accuracy and following up with Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales outcomes, providing valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer insights and interactions.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Be a proactive part of the office team, contributing to all aspects of sales and marketing operations and develop collaborative partnership with our Sales and Rental teams.
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information and exercise initiative in all assigned areas, high integrity and accountability standards
  • Recommend to manager ideas to improve the departments operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes.
  • Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code.
  • Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly.
  • Complete all training as required.
