At MacAllister Machinery, we provide top-quality service and repair for equipment rentals. We are currently seeking professional and skilled Shop Mechanic’s or Field Service Mechanic’s to join our team. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact on our customers' success.
As a Mechanic at MacAllister Machinery, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions and failures. You will rebuild, repair, and maintain equipment and components, ensuring they are operating at their highest performance. Your mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills will enable you to provide accurate repairs and exceptional service.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ year or more of work related experience in a technician related position
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have required shop hand tools
Preferred
- Certificate acquired through a vocational or technical school
- Valid Class B CDL
- 7 years or more of work related experience with heavy equipment preferably with a rental company or Caterpillar and/or in a position with a working knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronic/electrical systems etc.
