We’re committed to excellent service, safe operations, and reliable equipment and we’re looking for a motivated Equipment Fleet Specialist to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Machine Yard Attend II plays a key role in the daily operations in our department. This position is responsible for preparing, cleaning, and organizing equipment, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring all rental units are ready for delivery or customer pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, clean, and prepare rental generators, air compressors, HVAC units, and related equipment.


• Assist with loading and unloading equipment for deliveries and returns using forklifts or other material-handling equipment.


• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean yard environment.


• Conduct equipment function tests before and after rentals to ensure operational readiness.


• Report equipment damage, needed repairs, or safety hazards to our team.


• Assist customers with equipment check-in/check-out as needed.


• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.


• Willing to work overtime and respond to emergency call-out situations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Prior experience working with mechanical or electrical equipment preferred (generators, compressors, HVAC a plus).


• Ability to safely operate forklifts and yard vehicles (certification preferred, but training available).


• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operating procedures.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
