We’re hiring a Field Technician to service and repair heavy equipment at customer sites and in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including hydraulics, powertrain, and electrical systems.
  • Perform field service calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete service documentation including time logs, parts used, and maintenance records.
  • Maintain company-issued vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe, clean condition.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, greased, and ready for operation.
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
  • Tag and store equipment properly when not in use.
  • Support special projects and assignments as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, database systems).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL may be required).
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.
