Hydraulic Component Rebuild Technician

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Hydraulic Pump and Motor Rebuild Technician, you will repair, rebuild, troubleshoot and test hydraulic powertrain components.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and assemble components


• Clean and inspect components


• Evaluate reusability of component parts


• Perform failure analysis based on failed parts, SOS reports and machine operation

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner


• Additional duties as assigned by manager

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have a mechanical aptitude, familiar using different tooling and the ability to use measurement tools. 

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude


• Ability to use a forklift


• Read and understand manuals, written instructions and service letters


• General computer skills


• Ability to complete basic mathematical computations and use measurement tools like tape measure, ruler, and caliper

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Specific industry experienced desired or an equivalent vocational diploma
