Responsibilities:

  • Registers, purchases, and invoices all warranty and extended agreements. Sets up machines and attachments in vendor and internal systems to reflect warranty coverages. 
  • Process parts claims by investigating and gathering information to provide best opportunity for approval.
  • Manages questions, documents, and reports as they pertain to warranty and parts claiming.
  • Code parts/warranty claims invoices and credit memos to drive consistent accounting.
  • Manages accounting and financials of warranty and parts claiming related processes. 
  • Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Position prefers a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent in related work experience/training.
  • Experience in the Construction and Ag industry preferred but not required. 
  • Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Suite & Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Disciplined to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good problem solving and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
