Summary

The Weisiger Group is looking for looking a reliable, detail oriented Fleet Coordinator to assist with various day to day responsibilities and strategic initiatives for the Fleet team.

Essential Functions

  • Support the Fleet function through data entry, event coordination, scheduling, and various aspects of project delivery.
  • Process all Fleet related permits annually including IRP, IFTA, 2290 HVUT, UCR, Dealer license.
  • Engage effectively with internal and external customers to gather pertinent information relative to various projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and implement administrative systems and procedures.
  • Data entry into SAP and various 3rd party systems including the following: Smartsheet, Geotab, Holman Insights, and other required vendor and customer portals.
  • Execute purchase orders and other aspects of the purchasing process including invoice processing.
  • Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other material using Microsoft Office and/or other tools.
  • Foster effective working relationships with all Weisiger divisions.
  • In-person engagement w/ DMV and IRP offices.
  • Fleet related driver support including vehicle registrations, titles, fuel cards, toll transponders.
  • Facilitate driver assignment accuracy.
  • Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements including CAPEX support.
  • Assist with process improvement efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate’s degree from two-year College or university; or three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
