As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers from their initial inquiry through to final delivery, providing top-notch service at every step. Your proactive outbound calls to assigned accounts and leads will create new opportunities and attract more customers to our stores.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the entire sales process, from quotes to invoicing, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth transactions. You’ll handle all walk-in traffic, providing product information, on-site demonstrations, and personalized quotes, aiming to close deals right in the branch. Your efforts contribute to strengthening our customer relationships and loyalty.

For this position, the expected total compensation is approximately $100,000 annually. This target reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.

Job Description:

  • Engage customers through outbound calls to assigned accounts and leads to uncover equipment opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from quotes to invoicing, ensuring seamless coordination with various departments.
  • Attract customers to the branch through calls and social media activity.
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries about new, used, and rental equipment, providing product info, demos, and quotes.
  • Implement retail and marketing campaigns within the branch, maintaining tidy and inviting customer areas.
  • Organize retail layouts, merchandise, and marketing displays, acting as the primary contact for all customer experience and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a related sales role is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong decision-making based on expertise.
