Rental Equipment Shop Technician

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful sales professionals.

Position Summary:

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Company is seeking a Rental Fleet Coordinator. This role reports to the Construction Equipment (CE) Inventory Manager and works in conjunction with the CE Rental and Sales Teams to coordinate fleet loading and disposal of Rental Fleet Assets. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detailed-orientated, proficient with data analytics and possess a passion for efficiency and customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitors target fleet size for CE Machines and Attachments.
• Maintains CE Rental Fleet Sale Pricing Database.
• Primary contact for CE Rental Fleet loading.
• Coordinates Rental Fleet Sales and RPO Conversions in Quote System.
• Submission of Warranty Sales Information (WSI) relating to Rental Fleet.
• Assists with Physical Inventory and Reconciliation.
• Equipment write-off administration and approval.
• Rental fleet vehicle fleet administration.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or five years of industry related experience.
• Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Superior data management and data analysis skills.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work prolonged periods if front of a computer.
• Ability to work remotely if required.
• Ability to work afterhours as required.
• Ability to assist in Physical Inventory counts.
