Service Work In Process Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Open, close, and maintain work orders for all locations.
  • Assist with work order maintenance.
  • Monitor all Service Calls in “Technician Complete” status.
  • Monitor and resolve all service calls to move them from “Finished” to “Closed” status.
  • Ensure service calls are kept current to ensure quick and accurate invoicing.
  • Review service calls for invoicing and ensure all closing tasks are completed.
  • Review all Service Calls from the previous day for any errors that could lead to incorrect invoicing. 
  • Ensure the service call workflow and activities are being completed timely and alerting service personnel when needed.
  • Ensure that service measurements are met, and aging service calls are kept within company matrix.
  • Utilize standard jobs/flat rates when building a work order.
  • Provide work order support for all admin personnel.

 

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive maintenance/repair experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management, time management, team building and leadership skills; ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Above average experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and position related software.
