Machinery Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cohesive team efforts between the Service, Parts, Product Support, Rental and Sales departments
- Continuously improve the safe and profitable operations of branch Parts and Service departments
- Meet all safety, production, revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage expenses, asset utilization and employee development
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitable operation of the new Hempstead Machinery Service location. This position will office out of Mustang's Hwy 290 location until the Hempstead facility is fully operational (expected Q3/Q4 2025).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Ag Mechanics, or other related field
- 3 years experience in Product Support Operations
- Demonstrated successful leadership and people management skills
- Ability to nurture a team focused spirit
- Must possess strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CAT software systems (SIS) and Dealer Business Systems (DBS) is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
- Must be able to multitask and effectively prioritize competing work demands
