Staff Accountant-FLW

The Staff Accountant is responsible to execute a variety of general ledger account record maintenance and reconciliation activities involving primarily machine inventory accounts. In addition, the position is accountable to execute related clerical activities that support overall finance and accounting operations.

Essential Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly schedules and journal entries during the month end close process.
• Assist in the processing of machine inventory in the Company’s inventory management system.
• Provide supporting assistance in various other departmental duties including, cash receipts and accounts payable posting, fixed asset processing and general audit assistance.
• Perform related duties and support special project activities as assigned.
• Post transactions related to the Company’s sales into the general ledger system on an ad-hoc basis.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
