Equipment Demonstrator

About the Position:

• The Equipment Demonstrator/New Product Specialist is responsible for providing and overseeing product training for our customers and company personnel.
• Participate in ongoing Caterpillar New Product Specialist Development program.
• This is a unique opportunity to design and develop a long range and on-going training program for customers and sales personnel.
• Effective interpersonal skills are required as you will be partnering with service personnel to ensure the safe operations of all N C Machinery products.
• You will need to demonstrate some flexibility as there will be periodic overnight travel required to meet the objectives of this position.
• You will need to be willing and able to promote a good company image and adhere to Company values and safety practices.

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
• 2-3 years heavy equipment operation experience.
• A valid driver's license to properly and safely operate our equipment.
• Important to demonstrate professional and strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including presentation software.  Basic computer skills will be necessary for several internal systems.
