Warehouse Supervisor - Heavy Equipment
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Job Role
Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching, mentoring and training warehouse employees. Including annual performance reviews.
Confers with Parts Manager and department heads to ensure warehouse activities are aligned with departmental / corporate goals and initiatives.
Monitor all warehouse operational procedures such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, weekly audit reporting and keeping parts/warehouse inventory current.
Monitor all activities associated with WMS. Including prioritizing order pulling, delivery times, individual employee pulling data and performance.
Responsible for employee schedules, attendance and punctuality.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Formal Education High School diploma or GED
Experience 6 months or less
Required / Credentials
Valid Driver License
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs.
Fork Lift experience and certification.
Able to easily and effectively comprehend, speak and write in the English language.
Updating of Knowledge
Job requirements occasionally change requiring re-training to stay current every 3-5 years.
