Service ERP Training Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on ERP software for service technicians and other service employees, covering all necessary functionalities and processes throughout Foley territory.
- Analyze current usage of ERP tools and provide recommendations for best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Create detailed documentation of correct procedures and processes within the ERP system, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all users.
- Effectively communicate documented processes to service technicians and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Provide ongoing support to service technicians as they navigate the ERP system.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP software updates and enhancements and incorporate these into training materials and sessions.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 Years experience in Service operations.
- Strong understanding of ERP software and its applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Analytical skills to access current processes and recommend improvements.
- Patience and adaptability to cater to different learning styles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
