Responsibilities:
As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, invoicing, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
Supporting engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
Assisting with timesheet entry and ensuring data is accurately recorded in our systems.
Resolving customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering quality work.
Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
