Rental Damage Recovery Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify, analyze and process rental damage claims on a timely basis.
- Responsible for initial damage notification, within 48 hours of the machine’s return.
- Communicate and schedule damage repairs with the corresponding supervisor.
- Review quoting accuracy and obtain signed acknowledgement when available.
- Manage rental damage variance to ensure maximum claim recovery.
- Follow up with customers upon repair completion.
- Collaborate with legal on repairs exceeding 15K.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive maintenance/repair supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and build relationships with various teams and management of all levels
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills: both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft platforms.
- Willingness to travel to branches and meet with customers, insurance companies or technical communicators when necessary.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to strategic objectives.
