Inside Sales Representative - Power

Overview
The role of the Inside Sales Support Representative is to provide administrative support to the Sales Team and external customers.
Basic Duties
(Including, but no limited to):
- Maintain assigned customer list. Enter/update influencer information, customer equipment list, competitive information, credit approval, and site information.
- Perform a minimum of 3-5 calls per day to assigned contacts to solicit opportunities to quote parts, PM agreements, Extended Warranty, and other service work.
- PM agreement leads for machines >300 kW standby to be reviewed by Product Support Sales Manager prior to being sent to the assigned PSSR.
- Produce 3-5 quotes per day based on demand and need from assigned customer list and Product Support Sales Reps.
- Track upcoming Extended Warranty Expirations and generate leads for Product Support Sales Representatives.
- Update customer activities, quotations, purchase orders, and contract information.
- Work closely with Product Support Sales Reps, Preventative Maintenance Team, Service Team, and Department Managers to achieve optimum profit level on all quoted jobs.
- Work closely with Field Service Supervisors to ensure that each job is quoted with technician safety in mind.
- Provide quick professional response to help meet customer needs with limited assistance.
- Research technical aspects of jobs and develop comprehensive repair and maintenance quotes.
- Maintain Excell and Access recordkeeping.
- Perform other administrative and inside sales tasks to help the team meet goals and objectives as assigned.
Qualifications
- A two- or four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in sales administration, industrial/electrical sales or service sales support.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset and understanding of sales process is required.
- Computer skills required and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.(Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
- Must have good time management and organization skills.
- Ability to understand business math and sales/gross profit calculations is necessary.

- Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter.
- Must have a desire to help others and enjoy working with a team.
- Able to work independently with multiple interruptions and tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must have ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to set and meet goals.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position works in an office environment, there will be times when you are required to go out into the service and warehouse area and will be required to wear close-toed shoes and safety glasses in designated areas. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required and wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed.
