Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.
Summary/Job Purpose
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep & mop by hand – Use a ride on & walk behind floor scrubber
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Basic cleaning of machinery
Essential Physical Functions
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity
- Be able to stand/walk/sit during entire 8 hour shift, except for allowed breaks
- Be able to lift 25 pounds
- Equipment Used
- Forklift (ride on)
- Floor Scrubber (ride on)
- Floor Scrubber (walk behind)
- Scissor & articulating aerial lifts
Knowledge and Skills
- Must have attention to detail and be able to modify a routine if necessary
- Basic math
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No Prior Experience or Training required.
