Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing facility inventory, coordinating deliveries, coordinating and prioritizing shop activities, supporting project management, and maintaining a high level of organization through documentation and internal communications.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize shop activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage parts inventory and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Support project management by assisting in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery that meets the project’s quality objectives
  • Coordinate deliveries of parts and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
  • Maintain organized documentation and facilitate effective internal communications.
  • Support the local project-specific MacAllister field team in day-to-day operations to enable successful delivery on their objectives including work order management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Typically responsible for leading, coordinating, and monitoring the work of others who perform the same type of work as this job. Lead responsibilities typically include training, checking the same type of work of others, and ensuring supplies and materials are available.

Position Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or office administration

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or office administration
  • Ability and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

  • If an error is made while in this position, it will require minimal effort to identify the error and can create a moderate impact on the company financially
