Job Summary
The inside Sale Rep / Rental Coordinator reports directly to the Sales Manager. This role is responsible for actively managing the parts & equipment showroom and handling all rental processes within the SITECH Technology Dealership. Candidates should expect to work with both the Sales & Service Departments as well as be customer facing. The Inside Sales Rep / Rental Coordinator will be asked to sell parts & equipment over the counter, take in and hand out customer service pieces, and facilitate equipment rentals.
Primary Duties
- Accountable for assisting customers with equipment, parts & service needs
- Answer incoming Rental, Sales & Service-related calls; maintain call log
- Completion of Service Request Forms for incoming service work
- Creation & Completion of Rental Contacts
- Creation & Completion of Shipping/Receiving Docs
- Assist Salesman maximizing the utilization of rental inventory within the entire company.
- Assists with E-Commerce transactions.
- Processes parts & equipment invoices & returns
- Pull equipment, rentals & parts
- Maintains showroom
- Maintains strong customer relations and satisfaction; proactively and diligently works to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly
- Maintains close relationship with both the Sales & Service Departments

Education/Experience
- Experienced in some of the following:
- Sales
- Rental Management
- Inventory Management
- Lead Tracking
- Consultative Sales Process
- Key Account Management
- Customer Retention
- Knowledge of SITECH products, typically gained through experience with a dealership or a SITECH equipment manufacturer is highly desirable
- Experience in sales or service sales desirable.
Key Organizational Interfaces
- Works with key decision makers and end users of services.
- Works with internal SITECH staff including Sales and Service.
Requirements: Previous Sales / Service counter experience. Ability to become certified in Forklift operations. In possession of a current driver’s license. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
