Compact Construction Equipment Sales Specialist
- Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of the various CCE models to recommend the correct machine based on the customer’s application(s) and needs.
- Arrange and maintain showroom displays to ensure a customer-ready environment.
- Conduct engaging demonstrations of new and used equipment and products.
- Utilize Sales Link CRM to maintain up-to-date and accurate customer information for sales management.
- Collaborate with sales, rental, service, and parts personnel to ensure seamless customer service.
- Manage in-bound leads by qualifying, entering, and assigning them appropriately.
- Prepare quotes and explain financing or leasing options to customers.
- Complete sales and service contracts efficiently.
- Travel for training and to assist at other locations as needed.
- Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn company-related systems and functions.
- Knowledgeable about financing options to assist customers in securing purchases.
- Ability to assess and maintain knowledge of used equipment values.
- Highly motivated with a self-starting initiative.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Experience in the construction equipment or rental industry is preferred.
- Prior sales or inside sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
