What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on trucks and related equipment with minimal supervision
- Inspect machines and identify parts for repair or reuse
- Accurately complete service reports, timecards, and parts orders
- Make confident repair decisions and set up jobs independently
- Take ownership of tool management and follow all safety procedures
- Support team performance and step into a lead technician role when needed

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain a CDL
- 3–5 years of hands-on mechanic experience
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Must pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening
