About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, aerial lifts, and allied machinery
- Troubleshoot drive-train, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer updates
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical training or college coursework (preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or power equipment service and repair
- Skills & Traits:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical service skills
- Proficiency in DC electrical systems and machine electronics
- Ability to read and apply technical manuals and service bulletins
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and computer skills
