Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting to the Branch Manager – Tom Price, The Administrator - Service Operations will play an integral part in supporting our Tom Price Branch across a wide range of administrative and customer facing tasks.

 

This is a 12 to 18-month contract position and offers a Residential allowance

 

Roster:  Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: Tom Price, WA

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the designated area/store/team/branch
  • Coordinate team logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance
  • Manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate time-sheet entries and induction processes
  • Oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing
  • Maintain inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and departmental stationery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments
  • Support additional tasks as required to assist various branches and locations

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication—interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • SAP experience is considered highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
