Butler Intern - Warranty

Overview: This position will serve as a supportive role within Butler Machinery performing various tasks related to the operations of the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Administer accounting of warranty coverage billing
• Settle warranty credits received from vendors
• Register sold machines to vendor for warranty coverages and setup in business system
• Supports Parts, Sales and Service with questions pertaining to warranty
• Supports other key projects within the Warranty department
• Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Candidates who are working towards a degree in Agricultural Business or other related major in college preferred. 
• Computer skills essential with experience in Power-Point and Excel required. 
• Position would require a minimum of 20 to 28 hours per week during the school year, potentially 30 to 40 hours outside of the school year.
