JOB SUMMARY:
- Cost / Expenditure Control of Sales Department Assets (monitor work orders, financial statements)
- Work with the Technical Training Dept to develop standard jobs and templates for PDI and Sales Prep work
- Maintain documentation of Sales Admin procedures
- Work with the Sales Team to maintain a clean and accurate sales funnel
- Work with the Director of Sales Admin to create and implement departmental policies and procedures
- Analyze Training needs for the Department and seek/establish training opportunities/programs
- Assist the Director of Sales Admin with the sales forecasting cycle, internally and to Caterpillar
- Work with the IT Department to develop reporting as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Five years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great people skills, enthusiastic personality
- Excellent Organizational skills, ability to coordinate plans/programs
- Experience working in Sales Operations, including Inventory Management and Forecasting
- Extensive knowledge of all systems used by the Sales Department (including DBS, iRental, Inspct, all Texada products, SharePoint, and all CAT inventory management systems).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of the job, the supervisor is occasionally required to sit, push, pull, and balance. Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, balance, and use hands to fingers, feel, or operate objects. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
