The Contract Administrator assists the CVA Manager in managing PMAP (Preventative Maintenance Assurance Program for Rental and RPO) machines and provides the service operations group with information in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This position monitors and advises on the status of Rental/ROP machines associated with the Contract Management Group.

Pay Rate:  $55,000.00 - $66,781.83 Annually
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

Essential Functions:

  • Collects equipment hours from Wagner assets that are GPS enabled or contact customers for equipment hours
  • Compiles data and creates necessary reports to populate the Rental Fleet PM scheduler
  • Works with the CVA Manager and/or CVA Lead to develop consistent processes for the development and reporting of customer agreements.
  • Documents and communicates PMAP related progress and shortfalls to the CVA Manager to ensure contracts are meeting company needs and timelines
  • Generates contract related customer billings and reconciles vendor invoices
  • Enters data daily into tracking databases, and works to improve process management and automation
  • Organizes efforts across multiple departments/customers, exhibiting strong project management skills   
  • Tracks and schedules preventative maintenance for both Customer and Wagner owned assets
  • Advances and preserves customer/vendor relationships
  • Meets and responds to customer needs in a professional and timely manner
  • Provides one on one support for customer PMAP issues
  • Participates in customer status update meetings
  • Works with Rental Coordinators, Service Managers and Service Writers to ensure work order data is accurate for all contracts
  • Seeks to understand a basic working knowledge of the maintenance processes of heavy equipment and industrial engines
  • Seeks to understand a basic working knowledge of telematics and machine data reporting
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some College or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Contracts and project tracking experience
  • 3+ years administrative/clerical experience
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • 1+ years technical or mechanical experience

Physical Demands & Competencies:

  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Safety & Product Knowledge
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to organize efforts across multiple departments
  • Project management skills
  • Contract and project tracking skills
  • Frontline customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Knowledge of AMT, DBS (PM and CT) preferred

  • 1-10%
