Technology Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Order, monitor, and maintain all technology inventory; coordinate and perform physical inventory counts of on-hand inventory
• Validate and approve all supplier invoices for payment
• Coordinate all software/firmware upgrades
• Process sale, lease, and rental invoices of all technology components in a timely manner
• Manage processes supporting the accuracy and reporting of inventory and sales information
• Monitor all loaner and demo equipment for technology products
• Register all sold technology components and keep accurate sales records to facilitate technology warranty claims
• Provide administrative support to sales personnel by coordinating product availability, scheduling installs, assuring technology support and meeting customer delivery deadlines
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
