We’re looking for a Leading Hand Plant Mechanic to join our FlexiParts Department at Perth Airport. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll lead a team of up to 10 employees, promote safety, assist with training, and manage high-volume work efficiently—all while working with premium Cat® equipment and industry-leading technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of up to 10 employees
• Maintain high safety standards and foster a can-do attitude
• Assist in training and mentoring your team
• Manage high-volume work efficiently

Skills and Experience:

• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate
• Leadership experience with a strong safety focus
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Understanding of service reporting and literature
• Knowledge of KPI metrics from task receipt to component dispatch
